Home tickets

The method by which you will receive your tickets will depend on the option you selected at point of purchase. Click here to find out how you should receive your tickets to the match.

If you're not in receipt of your tickets at least 48 hours prior to the fixture, please call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open from Monday to Saturday, 09:00-17:00. A member of the team will arrange for replacement tickets to be held for collection on matchday from the North Stand Ticket Office, between turnstiles J and K. 

The lead client will need to provide photo ID and the booking confirmation in order to collect the tickets.

Away tickets

All away tickets will be sent in the post to the lead client's address. If you are not in receipt of your tickets at least 48 hours prior to the fixture date, call our Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00. A member of the team will ensure that replacement tickets are held for you to collect on matchday at the host club's stadium. Tickets are usually available to pick up from two hours prior to kick-off and you will need to provide photo ID in order to collect.

Please note that tickets are non-transferable in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Ticketing.
