What is an Away Season Ticket?

An Away Season Ticket provides access to all first team away matches in the Premier League, League Cup and FA Cup competitions and you must be a current Home Season Ticket holder to be eligible for the scheme. For full details visit Away Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

How can I join the Away Season Ticket scheme?

The Away Season Ticket scheme is capped at 700 members, and was fully subscribed for the 18/19 season. 

For those wanting to join the Away Scheme for the 2018/19 season, a reserve list shall be set up. Upon renewal, you should contact the Ticket Office and request to join. Those who are successful will be contacted in June. Those not successful at this point shall remain on the reserve list for the season and will replace any Season Ticket Holders who drop out the Away Season Ticket scheme. Positions will be limited and can be closed at any point by the Club due to volume and availability. The Away Season Ticket Scheme will then be reviewed ahead of the 2019/20 season.

How can I update my credit/debit card details on the Away Season Ticket scheme?

To amend your credit/debit card details on the Away Ticket scheme, please call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00.

How do I renew my Away Season Ticket?

Supporters currently on the Away Season Ticket Scheme have the first option to remain on this for the 2018/19 season subject to the renewal of their Home Season Ticket and contacting the Club to confirm the wish to remain an Away Season Ticket Holder by Friday 1 June 2018. 


Can I return a ticket, if I cannot attend an away match?

Tickets purchased via the Away Season Ticket scheme are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the Away Season Ticket Terms and Conditions  for full details.

When will transactions be processed on the Away Season Ticket Scheme?

Transactions for the Away Season Ticket scheme will be processed on a match-by-match basis and as soon as ticketing information has been confirmed for the game. This is usually around four weeks prior to the fixture date. You will receive an initial email to confirm that the transaction has been processed successfully for the match and a further email nearer to the time of the game confirming your seat details.

If there are any issues in processing your transaction the Ticket Office will contact you within 48 hours of the first attempt to process any payment.

Can I upgrade my away ticket from junior/senior to an adult for a match?

Away tickets can only be upgraded from junior/senior to adult if ticket sales for the match reach General Sale.

How do I cancel my Away Season Ticket?

If you wish to cancel your Away Season Ticket, you will need to send your request in writing to ticketoffice@westhamunited.co.uk from the email address registered to the membership account. Please be sure to include your client reference number in any correspondence. Should you cancel your Away Season Ticket, you will not be able to rejoin the scheme during that same season and you will need to reapply during the renewal period. Should payment fail for any transaction on the Away Season Ticket scheme, at the discretion of the Club, the Away Season Ticket may be cancelled.
