Throughout the season the Club will regularly mail special promotions, offers and discounts to our Season Ticket Holders and Claret members.
You will need to ensure that you are registered to receive these offers via our email mailing list. To check your preferences follow the steps below:
- Login to your West Ham Account
- Select 'Update preferences'
- Choose which offers and information you would like to receive from the Club and our partners
- Select 'Save Preferences'
You should now see the 'Success! Your communication opt-in preferences have been updated' message. If this isn't the case, please contact the Supporter Services team directly here.
