When will I receive my membership card?

Claret membership cards for the 18/19 season will be posted within 3 weeks of you purchasing your membership. Information regarding cards for 19/20 will be announced following renewals in close season. Please note that your membership card will arrive separately from your Claret Membership gift.


My membership card hasn't arrived, how will I gain access to the Stadium?

Should your Claret membership card not have arrived 24 hours prior to the match, please contact the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966 to arrange for on the day collection.

For 2018/19, if you have renewed your membership as the same membership as last season, your card will be reactivated. If you are a new member, or have purchased a different membership, and your card has not arrived 24 hours prior to the match, please contact the Ticket Office.

Will I receive a paper ticket to the match?

If you purchased during the members-only ticketing window, your ticket will be loaded onto your Claret Membership card, however if you purchase after the game reaches general sale, you will receive either a paper ticker or an e-ticket.
