What is the Home Cup Scheme?

By joining this scheme, you will automatically be allocated your Season Ticket seat for all home cup games. PLUS – you will also receive a double loyalty point for each home cup attendance and receive priority for any later cup round stages, subject to availability. When renewing online, you will receive a prompt at checkout stage asking to join. Some Season Ticket holders may be requested to move to alternate seats if the away club take the full cup ticket allocation and therefore we can’t guarantee a seat for all home cup fixtures.

How can I join the Home Cup Scheme?

You will need to be a current Season Ticket holder in order to join the Home Cup Scheme. To join, call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00.

How can I update my credit/debit card details on the Home Cup Scheme?

To update your credit/debit card details on the scheme:

  1. Login to your account at www.eticketing.co.uk/whufc/
  2. Select your name in the top right-hand corner of the page
  3. Select 'Home Cup Ticket Scheme' from the drop-down menu
  4. Enter your new credit'debit card details in the fields provided
  5. Click 'Save Changes'

Alternatively, you can update your credit/debit card details by calling the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00.

When will transactions be processed on the Home Cup Scheme?

Transactions for the Home Cup Scheme will be processed on a match-by-match basis and as soon as ticketing information has been confirmed for the game. You will receive an email to confirm that the transaction has been processed successfully for the match. If there are any issues in processing your transaction the Ticket Office will contact you within 48 hours of the first attempt to process any payment

How do I remain on the Home Cup Scheme each season?

Once joining the Home Cup Scheme you will automatically remain on this for concurrent seasons. You will need to keep your credit/debit card details registered to the Home Cup Scheme up-to-date at all times to ensure automatic purchase of home cup matches.

Can I return a ticket if I cannot attend a home cup game?

Tickets purchased via the Home Cup Scheme are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see the Home Cup Scheme Terms and Conditions for full details.
