How do I access the Stadium?

I am a Season Ticket Holder 

For home league fixtures, Season Ticket Holders access the Stadium using their access cards. Please note, your access cards are only valid for the turnstile printed on the card. 

For Cup games, your access cards will not be valid and the game will be entirely paper ticketed. 

I am a Claret member

For Claret Members, access to the stadium depends on when you purchased your ticket. For 2018/19, if you have renewed your membership as the same membership as last season, your access card will be reactivated. If you have purchased a new or different membership, you will be receiving a new card. If this card has not arrived 24 hours prior to the match, please notify our Ticket Office.

All Claret members purchasing in the Claret Member Window will have access added to their Access cards
When on general sale
All sales purchased online during the General Sale Window will be sent as E-tickets (even if the supporter is a member). After purchase you will receive 2 emails, the first confirming the purchase, the second will have the E-tickets as an attachment. Please print and bring to the match and scan the barcode for access.

All sales over the phone during the general sale window shall be dispatched as paper tickets
The above is subject to change and e-tickets may not be implemented on category A Games.

Details for each specific match will be published on whufc.com, and also on our e-ticketing website. 

I am not a member

All sales purchased online during the general sale phase will be sent as E-tickets. After purchase you will receive 2 emails, the first confirming the purchase, the second will have the E-tickets as an attachment. Please print and bring to the match and scan the barcode for access. 

Phone sales during general sale will be sent as paper tickets.
