How will I receive my tickets?

The below information will apply to the majority of matches but in some cases the e-tickets service will not be available. Click on the relevant fixture on the   Match & Event Ticket page for further information.

Claret members

If you have purchased your ticket during the Claret members sales phase, your ticket will be electronically loaded onto your membership card. 

Once you arrive at the Stadium, you will need to scan your ticket at the turnstiles for entry. Your dedicated turnstile and your seat details are displayed on your booking confirmation.

If you have purchased your ticket during the General sale phase, you will be sent an e-ticket to your email account and your membership card will not be activated for the game.

General sale

Unless advised otherwise, when home tickets are on General Sale, e-tickets will be automatically sent to your email account. You will then receive two separate emails, one being your booking confirmation, followed by your e-tickets in the form of a PDF attachment . Please print your e-tickets on A4 paper to ensure that the barcode can be scanned at the turnstiles.

Home cup matches

Ticketing information for cup matches will be announced on a match by match basis and as soon as it becomes available . For the 2017/18 season, cup matches are all paper ticket events and season/membership cards will not be activated.
