Accessible Shuttle Bus Service
Away Coach Park (Visiting Supporters) Shuttle Buses can be collected from the away supporters coach park on Pudding Mill Lane. Destination: Car Park 1A, outside of the Accessible Car Park. For visiting supporters using public transport, Pudding Mill Lane DLR Station provides easy access to the away supporters coach park. For further guidance, please contact your Club's Supporter Liaison Officer, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Visiting Supporters Car Parking
As a designated green stadium, the Club has provision for 49 accessible parking spaces out of a total of 229 at the Stadium (21.4%), including six bays for away supporters.
Visiting supporters wishing to book accessible parking on matchday, please contact email@example.com for further advice. All spaces are subject to availability.
Accessible Viewing Areas
There are 24 wheelchair accessible viewing spaces available at an elevated level to Visiting Supporters for Premier League matches. Seating for ambulant disabled supporters (AEA seats) is available in the general admission seating areas.
• A personal assistant ticket is provided to every wheelchair user
• Personal assistants sit to the side of the wheelchair user
• Ambulant disabled supporters will be allocated a personal assistant ticket for the seat next to them
Disabled Supporter Assistants and Supporter Liaison Officers
The Club now has 16 Disabled Supporter Assistants and 40 Supporter Liaison Officers on a matchday who will be delighted to assist you, wherever they can. DSAs and SLO Area Managers are all skilled in up-to-date disability awareness training, with some also trained in Signature Level 101 British Sign Language. The team will be happy to:
• Provide support and directional assistance wherever required
• Listen to and discuss any feedback and concerns
• Note suggestions around service and facilities to report back to the Board
• Request a manager should the situation require
