How to get there

By car

Arsenal advise supporters not to travel by car on matchday where possible. Due to the stadium's location in a residential area, there are extensive parking restrictions in operation, and any cars found parked illegally will be towed. You can find information on parking restrictions here.

There are no parking facilities at the stadium, apart from a limited number of Blue Badge spaces for matchday. These spaces must be booked in advance, and please contact our Accessibility team on accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk for further information.

By train

There are three stations within a 15 minute walk of the Emirates:

  • Arsenal (served by the Piccadilly Line)
  • Finsbury Park (served by Victoria and Piccadilly Lines)
  • Highbury and Islington (served by London Overground and Victoria Lines)

Please plan your journey using TfL's journey planner.

Matchday experience

Hammers will be located in the South East corner of the stadium, with turnstiles opening two hours prior to kick-off. Ahead of evening games, refreshments are available from 18:30, or 2 hours ahead of a afternoon match. Please note, there are no cash machines inside the Emirates, but all internal kiosks do take card.

Arsenal recommend all supporters aim to arrive at the Emirates at least an hour before kick-off to allow for extra security checks outside of the stadium and at the turnstiles, and ask that supporters avoid bringing bags unless essential. Small bags, handbags and small rucksacks are permitted, but please note these will be searched and tagged. Suitcases or large bags are not allowed inside the Emirates, and there are no storage facilities at the stadium, so please make other arrangements should bringing large bags be necessary. Please see here for Arsenal's prohibited items list.

Arsenal's dedicated away pub is the Drayton Park (N5 1ND), with most pubs in and around the Emirates only accepting home fans so you may wish to plan ahead before you travel.

Draught pints of Carlsberg, Tetley and Somersby will be on sale for £3.50 for the first 45 minutes of turnstiles opening, as well as several hot food offers. Please see the stadium kiosks for details. After the game, kiosks will be open for an hour to allow fans to wait for crowds to clear.
