For Claret Members, access to the stadium depends on when you purchased your ticket.
|Purchase window||How to access|
|During Claret Member Window||All Claret members purchasing in the Claret Member Window will have access added to their Claret Membership cards|
|When on general sale||All sales purchased online during the General Sale Window will be sent E-tickets (even if the supporter is a member). After purchase you will receive 2 emails, the first confirming the purchase, the second will have the E-tickets as an attachment. Please print and bring to the match and scan the barcode for access.|
|All sales over the phone during the general sale window shall be dispatched as paper tickets|
|The above is subject to change and e-tickets may not be implemented on category A Games.|
Details for each specific match will be published on whufc.com, and also on our e-ticketing website.
