Is my ticket on my membership card or an e-ticket?

Tickets purchased during the membership window will be automatically loaded onto your Claret membership card. 

If you have purchased a ticket during the General Sale window you will have been sent either a paper ticket in the post or an e-ticket to your email address. If your ticket has not arrived on the day of the game, visit the Main Ticket Office alongside the Stadium Store and a member of the team can reprint this for you.

You will need to bring your email confirmation and photo ID in order to request a replacement ticket.
