If you have lost an item of property on matchday, please speak to your nearest SLO or steward, who wherever possible will search for an item in order to reunite you on the day.
Where this is not possible, the SLO or steward will take an incident report and pass it to the Supporter Services team following the match.
If you have left London Stadium and notice you have lost an item, please contact the Supporter Services team using the 'submit an enquiry' button above, with a description of the item and an approximate location.
All lost property enquiries for West Ham matchdays should be directed to the Supporter Services team using the 'submit an enquiry' form. Supporter Services are available Monday - Friday, 9-5. For lost property enquiries for other London Stadium events, please contact them directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.
