What happens if I cannot attend a game due to COVID-19 social distancing measures?

For every match we’re unable to welcome you to London Stadium due to COVID-19 social distancing measures, we will automatically refund the pro-rata value of the match to the pay holder’s card or account within 30 days of the game taking place. Any supporter paying via V12 Finance will also be credited back, subject to their finance payments being up to date.

Season Ticket Holders may also wish to retain their balance with the Club as Club Cash. The Club will add a further 10% to any match refund that is selected in Club Cash, for supporters to offset against next year's season ticket, or use in our online store. Season Ticket Holders can request their balance in Club Cash on a match by match basis, or can opt in to receive Club Cash refunds for all fixtures that they cannot attend due to social distancing measures.
