I can't access my ticketing account to renew

Earlier this year we launched a new, quicker way to login to our websites. You need to create an account before you can purchase tickets or renew Season Tickets online, so if you have not already created a new West Ham Account, you'll need to do so now, even if you currently hold a ticketing account with us. 

Benefits to you

  • One account to access Ticketing, Official West Ham Store and New profile page
  • You only have to remember one email address and password to sign in to all of our websites, rather than various client reference numbers
  • New profile page – personalised hub where you can update your contact details and marketing preferences whenever you like

What you need to do

Creating and linking your new West Ham Account will take approximately two minutes and you only need to do this once. 

  1. Go to login.whufc.com

  2. Create an account using your email address and enter your details. You will then receive an email with a link to 'Activate your account'

  3. Important: Link your Client Reference Number to your new West Ham account. This is important so we can recognise you.

If you can't see your client reference number to link your ticketing account, please contact us with your client reference number and the email you used to create your West Ham Account.
