I renewed by V12 Finance, how will I receive a match ticket refund?

All payments are made to V12 Finance in advance of using each portion of your Season Ticket.

You will need to ensure you have not missed any payments to V12 Finance before you can receive a refund for any unsuccessful ballot entries or games you cannot attend due to social distancing requirements. 

Supporters who have opted to pay via V12 Finance will need to complete the payment capture process, available on their e-ticketing account, so our Ticket Office can automatically process a refund.
