I purchased my Season Ticket as part of a group, if I request a Club Cash refund will all of my group receive a Club Cash refund?

Like refunds for the final five home games of the 2019/20 season, Club Cash will be credited to the lead account, which is the Client Reference Number included on the email you would have received from the Club regarding the offer. Once the lead account has requested a Club Cash refund, the Club Cash for all tickets purchased on that account will be credited to the lead account, plus the 10% bonus. Club Cash is non-transferable between accounts, however, you will be able to use the Club Cash towards the 2021/22 renewal for all tickets on your Network should you wish to.
