I have taken the Club Cash refund option, but I would now prefer this as a cash refund, can I request this?

To request your Club Cash refund as a cash refund after you have received it, please call our Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966, lines are open 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Your refund will be processed minus the 10% bonus.
