When will I know if I have been successful in the ballot?

Supporters will be informed via email and SMS whether they have been successful in the ballot or not from 2pm on Wednesday 12 May – so please check your e-ticketing account and all of your email folders including your junk folders. If you do not receive an email regarding the ballot, please call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
