For us to comply with the government track-and-trace scheme, it is vital for us to know who is attending games, therefore supporters are not permitted to pass tickets on to friends or family members, as expressed in the ticketing terms and conditions.
To ensure that we know who is attending fixtures, you may be expected to provide photo ID on arrival. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket, or you will not be allowed entry into the stadium.
Only government recognised forms of photo ID will be accepted, this includes driving licences, passports or identity cards.
You must be prepared to briefly remove your mask as part of the ID process when directed to do so by stewards upon your arrival at the turnstiles; please ensure you follow stewards' advice at all times.
In line with SGSA guidance, supporters may be expected to show photo ID before gaining entry to the ground. This is to ensure only those who have completed the health questionnaire and been successful in obtaining a ticket can attend and assists the Club in adhering to track and trace regulations. If you cannot provide any photo ID, you are politely requested to inform us that you cannot attend this fixture by contacting our Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966. Lines are open Monday to Friday,
