What happens if I, or a member of my household, develop COVID-19 symptoms or test positive before a game I have tickets for?

Please do not attend the match if you have tested positive for COVID-19, have any symptoms, are supposed to self-isolating or in quarantine, or have been in recent contact with someone who has themselves tested positive.

You should declare you are unable to attend the fixture by calling the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966, and follow Government guidance on self-isolation.  Your ticket will then be made invalid and you will not be able to attend the fixture.
