What happens if I, or a member of my household, develop COVID-19 symptoms or test positive before a game I have tickets for?

If you are successful in the ballot process but you or someone in your household start to display COVID-19 symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, you should declare you are unable to attend the fixture through our COVID-19 exemption form or after the deadline you will need to call the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966, and follow Government guidance on self-isolation.  This is the case for you, and any other supporters in your household. Your ticket will then be made invalid and you will not be able to attend the fixture.
