I wasn't contacted about transferring from the Season Ticket Waiting List to the Season Ticket Priority List

Timeline

March 2021 

The Club began the process of contacting supporters on the old Season Ticket Waiting List from Monday 8 March 2021 in the order in which they joined to give them the opportunity to discuss their options. This included the opportunity to purchase a Season Ticket for the 2021/22 season or to join the Season Ticket Priority List for 2022/23, while acknowledging that supporters may have been impacted by the pandemic in different ways. 

Supporters were grouped into 6 groups, using the order in which they joined. Each Group was provided with a week-long window to take action before we contacted the next group in line. 

Supporters were required to inform us of their desired action within their window. This is to ensure that everyone had the opportunity to be advised of the options available to them in the order in which they joined and that everyone on the list was contacted to enable the launch of the new enhanced Season Ticket Priority List. 

Supporters were offered the opportunity to pay a deposit to secure their Season Ticket and submit their preference of pricing band. Their seats were then allocated in the order in which they joined the Waiting List but only once all existing Season Ticket Holders had the opportunity to retain their seats. All options outlined for renewing Season Ticket Holders were also available to these supporters. 

The Club began contacting supporters as early as possible to provide the Ticketing team adequate time to speak with and address the individual needs of all supporters and to prepare fully for the return of supporters at the start of next season. Supporters were contacted by every available method – email, SMS, letter, and telephone - to ensure they did not miss their opportunity. 

If supporters missed the opportunity or have experienced issues with receiving communications, they are advised to contact the Ticket Office for any queries or support, on 0333 030 1966.

Please note that any supporters who were uncontactable during the Season Ticket offer period have been automatically transferred to the Season Ticket Priority List. 

June 2021

Following the closure of the Season Ticket Holder renewals window, on Monday 28 June the window opened to those on the Season Ticket Waiting List to be able to purchase any final remaining Season Tickets for the 2021/22 season. Thousands of supporters on the Waiting List purchased a Season Ticket off the back of a great 2020/21 season for the Club.

Mindful of Covid and the unprecedented season, for one season only, the Club allowed supporters who did not want to take up their opportunity of a Season Ticket at that time, to transfer t to the Priority List for the 2022/23 season.
