Home Supporters
Disabled supporters can request a permit by email to accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk and if registered with the Club, a Personal Assistant permit can be issued to accompany them.
The Accessible Shuttle Bus Service is also available by request to senior citizens, fans with mobility difficulties or temporary injuries and pregnant mothers. However, such is the demand for the service that we can only provide a permit to the supporter who requests assistance.
Please ensure you have your permits to hand when boarding the Accessible Shuttle Bus Service so the bus can depart as quickly as possible.
