Queuing

Each search bridge has a dedicated accessible lane for supporters who cannot stand in queues. These lanes are at the edge of the search lanes, and are manned by a member of the stewarding team to ensure the lanes are kept free for those who need them most. Should you wish to use our dedicated accessible lane, please get in touch with the Accessibility Team (accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk) so they can look into your request for you.

Once past the search points, the stadium has a dedicated disabled access door on every turnstile which should prevent unnecessary wait. There are dedicated DSAs at each turnstile, recognisable by their pink tabards, who will be happy to help if you require any assistance. Talk to a member of staff at the Stadium entrance if you have a disability that means you cannot queue, and they will arrange a priority entry for you as soon as the Stadium opens.
