How can I buy away tickets?

For any Premier League away match, we will receive approximately 3,000 tickets or 10% of the total stadium capacity for stadia smaller than 30,000.

Quite often the demand for away tickets will exceed supply and we would advise non-members to keep an eye on the Club's  Away Match Ticket Information page for the latest update on ticket sales.

Please select an option below:

Season Ticket holders

Following the Bondholder and Away Season Ticket holders sales phases, tickets will go on sale to Season Ticket holders using the Priority Points system, in descending order.

The number of Priority Points required for the first sales phase will vary from match to match and is dependent on the ticket allocation received from the host club, along with the number of applications received by Bondholders and Away Season Ticket holders.

Once the Bondholder and Away Season Ticket holder applications have been processed, the Club will review the number of Priority Points a Season Ticket holder would require to ensure a successful application, subject to the Season Ticket holder applying for a ticket during the advertised sales phase. This figure will be used to start the Priority Points booking period.

To allow more of the Claret & Blue army to follow the Club at home and away, for games where we receive a full allocation of 3,000 tickets, 90 percent of tickets will be available exclusively to Bondholders and supporters with Priority Points, in descending order of points accumulated, before the final 10 percent are made available in a ballot to Season Ticket Holders who have not yet purchased tickets for that fixture.

As per previous seasons, purchase windows for Season Ticket Holders with Priority Points will be announced in advance of the sale dates.

When 90 percent of tickets have been sold for a fixture, the game will go off sale, with a ballot opening the following day for those Season Ticket Holders who have not yet purchased.  Supporters will be able to enter the ballot at www.eticketing.co.uk/whufc

The ballot will be open for at least 24 hours, and supporters can enter the ballot in groups. After the ballot has closed, confirmation emails will be sent to those who are successful and payment will be taken at that point.

For games where we receive less than 3,000 tickets, the ballot will be applied on a scaled basis. The ballot percentage will be announced on whufc.com with the ticketing details.

Should tickets still remain at that point, the ballot will be reopened to allow Claret Members to apply.

All current away ticket information, including Priority Points and sales phases can be found here.

Claret members

Should tickets remain beyond the Season Ticket holder sales phase, Claret members will be able to purchase one ticket per membership account, subject to availability. This would be on a first-come-first-served basis and not via the priority point method.

The above process is reviewed at the end of each season.
