What are Priority Points?

The Priority Points system is used to determine the order of sale for Season Ticket holders, when applying for tickets to away matches,

Season Ticket holders will accrue a Priority Point for attending:

  • Away Premier League matches
  • Home and away first team cup matches

One Priority Point will be allocated to the client reference number assigned to the ticket purchase. Please note that if you purchase more than one ticket using your client reference number, a maximum of one Priority Point will be allocated to your account per match.

All Priority Points are valid for the previous and the current season combined. Currently in the 2017/18 season, any points accrued during the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons are valid.

For the 2018/19 season, any priority points accrued for the 2016/17 season will be removed.

Specific time-slots will be available depending on your number of Priority Points. Please view the Away Ticket Information page for the latest ticket-on sale times and dates.

When purchasing within a group, all Season Ticket holders must hold the valid number of Priority Points in order to qualify for a ticket.

All tickets and sales phases are strictly subject to availability.
