What are Priority Points?

The Priority Points system is used to determine the order of sale for Season Ticket holders, when applying for tickets to away matches,

Season Ticket holders will accrue a Priority Point for attending:

  • Away Premier League matches
  • Home and away first team cup matches

One Priority Point will be allocated to the client reference number assigned to the ticket purchase. If you purchase more than one ticket using your client reference number, a maximum of one Priority Point will be allocated to your account per match. Please note, Priority Points are non-transferable. 

At this moment, we anticipate there may be a gradual or staggered approach enforced when allowing supporters to attend football matches across the country. In order to provide the fairest solution for all of our Season Ticket Holders all Priority Points totals will be frozen. This means that any points accumulated for the 2018/19 season will stay on your Season Ticket account for the 2021/22 season.

Priority Points will not be accrued during the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons.
