To purchase home cup tickets or renew Season Tickets for supporters in your Network during the reserved seats phase you will first need to ensure you have permission to manage their tickets. Please follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your e-ticketing account here. Click the 'My Account' menu drop down in the right hand corner and select 'My Network'
2. Under 'My Network', click the supporter you wish to manage tickets for. If you haven't already added them to your Network, follow the guide here.
3. On 'Me', select 'edit', then 'I can manage tickets for XXXX' and press 'send request'. This will email the supporter to confirm they are happy for you to manage their tickets.
3a. The other supporter will then need to sign in to their account, go to their network, select 'edit', then 'XXXX can manage tickets for me' and press 'save'.
3b. Once they have confirmed they are happy for you to manage their tickets, you'll find all seats available under 'reserved seats'.

If you need to set up permission to manage a ticket now, both accounts will need to have a West Ham Account successfully created and linked to the relevant ticketing account to allow the other supporter to accept the changes.
