Dispatch notice

You will receive an email from our courier when they dispatch your parcel. 

Please check your spam folders for emails from our courier as the email is automatically sent. This email does not come from West Ham United. Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may take an additional 2 days to dispatch from our warehouse.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, however, please allow 7 working days (10 days for International) before you contact us regarding a ‘non’ delivery. After this time, please email onlinestore@westhamunited.co.uk detailing full name, address and order number. Please allow 2 - 5 working days to track your parcel and for us to communicate back to you.

Please note if you request your parcel to be left in an unsecured location neither our courier or WHUFC are responsible should your parcel "go missing" from that location.

We do not offer deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
