We are happy to provide official letters from the Club for the following:
- Messages of condolence
- Milestone birthdays
You will need to email email@example.com at least six weeks prior to the event with the following information and a member of the team will endeavour to assist you:
- Reason for your request in the subject heading
- Full name and address of recipient
- Full name and address of the person you would like the letter mailed to (if not the recipient directly)
- Date of the event/date the letter is needed by
Please note that the letter should typically arrive approximately seven days prior to the date specified/day of event.
