How will I access the stadium?

For our home fixtures NFC tickets (Near Field Communication) have been sent to our Season Ticket Holders, this ticket will be valid for all 19 Premier League Home games and will update after each game has finished.

  • Supporters were sent an email from inviting them to download their NFC digital ticket pass
  • The same pass will work for the full season and will automatically update with the date/time/team
  • If supporters use Ticket Forwarding, Ticket Exchange, or download a print-at-home copy of the ticket it will deactivate their NFC digital pass
  • The pass will automatically update within seven days of each match you are permitted to attend
  • Families can download multiple tickets to their device if needed and are encouraged to enter via the concession lanes
  • NFC system is available at all turnstiles
  • NFC digital pass and cards are tapped on the top reader
  • QR codes and barcodes are inserted into the traditional slot below
  • Supporters have received e-tickets which they can scan at the turnstiles using their phone or print-at-home ticket
  • A video, step-by-step guides and FAQs have been emailed and sent be text message to all supporters and posted across Club channels
  • Accessibility supporters and fans aged 65+ can complete a form if they do not have access to a mobile phone. The Ticket Office have provided them with a physical stadium access card
  • Anyone who does not fall under this category has been asked to contact the Ticket Office and we will work with each supporter and their personal needs to provide a solution, on a case-by-case basis

Additional ways to access the stadium are:

  • Print at Home Tickets
  • Stadium Access Card
  • Paper Match Tickets

If you require any assistance with your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966 and they will be able to assist you further.
