What if I don’t have access to a smartphone?

The Club is conscious that some of our Season Ticket Holders may not have access to a mobile phone and we will continue to be inclusive and make sure we do everything we can to support all of our fans. Guidance has been issued in our communications to supporters and in our FAQs, advising that special arrangements will be in place for any supporters who require additional support. Season Ticket Holders aged 66+ and our accessibility supporters who do not have access to a mobile phone can request a physical stadium access card.

For any other supporters please contact the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966 and we will work with each supporter and their personal needs to provide a solution, on a case-by-case basis.
