Mascots should arrive one hour and thirty minutes prior to kick-off to begin their experience. (i.e., for a 3pm kick-off, mascots should arrive at 1:30pm). The itinerary will be sent to the mascots in advance of the match, any changes to the arrival time will be highlighted ahead of the day. The meeting point for the day is at the main Hospitality entrance / Ticket Office at the main building.
