Attending your first West Ham United match at Victoria Road?
We’d love to help you celebrate! Simply follow this link and complete the form.
Once submitted, a member of our team will create your First Match Certificate and post it to your address. If you’d prefer to collect your certificate on the day, please visit one of our information booths inside or outside the stadium.
Hammer Collectables
We’re delighted to bring back a fan favourite collectable for our supporters, Hammer Collectables return for the 2025/26 season! Visit one of our SLOs to start your collection for this campaign.
Today's Hammer Collectables are Estelle Cascarino and Ylinn Tennebø.
If you missed picking up the latest card, don't worry, you may still be able to collect the one you missed, at our next home fixture. These will of course be subject to availability.

Junior Hammer Wristbands
For the 2025/26 season, our SLO Team will once again be handing out Junior Hammer Wristbands to families attending matches at Victoria Road. The wristbands feature our mascots, Hammerhead and Bubbles, and have space on the reverse for important information such as your client reference number, seat details, and an emergency contact number. This helps us quickly reunite you with your child should they become lost at any time.
