In order to register as an accessibility supporter, we will need to see supporting documentation that you are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independent Payment at the higher/enhanced rate for mobility/care/daily living component.
We also accept Attendance Allowance if a supporter is in receipt of the higher rate for mobility or care.
We do require documentation for supporters who are partially sighted or hard of hearing and this can be a CVI or GP/Hospital confirmation.
The above can be provided to our Ticket Office, emailed to accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk, or sent to us by post at the following address:
