Accessible Viewing Areas

Amenity and Easy Access (AEA) Seats

There are 773 Amenity and Easy Access seats spread throughout all areas of the stadium bowl, offering a variety of sight lines and locations. Disabled supporters are not limited to choosing solely from the AEA seats and we are welcome to select a seat in any area throughout the stadium, subject to ticketing availability. Our Accessibility team will be happy to offer expert advice on seating access and location at accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk or on 0333 030 1966 (option 3)

Wheelchair Accessible Viewing Areas

Accessible viewing areas are located in the North, East, South and West stands, and we have a total of 253 wheelchair accessible viewing spaces available in the stadium.

Disabled Supporter Assistants (DSA) are at hand to assist supporters before, during and after the match. Our DSAs are easily recognisable in their pink tabards.

Whilst all accessible viewing areas are under cover, please note, supporters in the lower tiers may get wet in inclement weather conditions, depending on the direction of the wind.

For more information, please see our Access Statement linked at the bottom of the page.
