How we can help you

Our Supporter Services team consists of 6 members, Cat, Lee, Charley, Georgia, Stephen and Tyler.

We are committed to providing the best service for all supporters and visitors to London Stadium and are here to help you with any enquiries, feedback and complaints that you wish to raise with us.

On a matchday, the team look after our 50 Supporter Liaison Officers who assist with all supporter enquiries and are positioned at transport hubs, on approach to the stadium, at search lanes, dedicated information points on the island, Accessible Shuttle Bus service, on the away supporters routes, and of course, inside the stadium. 

If you see the team on matchday, come and say hello! We're happy to help wherever we can.

Our Supporter Services team are available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 and on home matchdays from two hours before kick-off on X.
