There is currently a small waiting list to become an away mascot, but this is now closed and will be worked through throughout the 25/26 and 26/27 seasons. If you are currently on this waiting list your spot will be honoured (subject to age requirements), but after this point, there will be no application process to become a West Ham United mascot at an away match. We are planning to then offer the space through a random ballot of season ticket holders.
For the 25/26 season, where a space is offered by the home club and this is not being used by an existing arrangement, this space will be offered to the person at the top of the away mascot waiting list. If you are selected, you will receive an email from supporterservices@westhamunited.co.uk as well as a phone call. You will have two days to respond to this, otherwise the mascot place will be offered to another person on the waiting list. If you miss this window, we will contact you again ahead of the next home match up to a maximum of three home matches before you will be removed from the list.
