For every game we are unable to welcome you to Dagenham & Redbridge Stadium due to COVID-19 restrictions, Season Ticket Holders will receive an automatic pro-rata refund no later than 30 days after the game has taken place to their original payment method.
Supporters may also opt to receive this refund by Club Cash. For any refunds chosen in Club Cash, the Club will add an extra 10% onto your total. Season Ticket Holders will receive an email from the Club to provide further information on opting for this offer.
