There is no change in our processes for the 2024-25 season in relation to the limited physical Season Ticket passes we offer our supporters who are unable to utilise their Season Card in a digital format.
All supporters who hold a physical Season Card will be contacted directly in mid-July as per our usual process.
For any supporters who are not able to utilise their Season Card in a digital format, supporters will be able to request a physical card before the season begins. All requests will then undertake a review process to determine if valid in accordance with previous utilisation history of ingress, at both London Stadium and Away venues that offer digital options as a primary method of entry, including the Europa Conference Final, which was an all-digital ticket issuance.
We will continue to offer support on how to use your digital Season Ticket, both via our website and through speaking to our Ticket Office, or our matchday SLO’s.
The process for accessible Season Tickets will also remain the same, and any requests should be sent to accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk.
