- Priority for Away fixtures - The Priority Points system is used to determine the order of sale for Season Ticket holders, when applying for tickets to away matches – find out more here
- Priority for Cup fixtures - If we get drawn at home in a domestic cup competition, a priority window will be given to Season Ticket Holders to secure their place at the match. The details will be announced through Club channels
- Priority access to additional tickets for all games before General Sale - Tickets go on sale five to six weeks before each Premier League fixture and there is a special window for Season Ticket Holders to secure additional tickets for friends or family. Full details of the dates will be announced in the lead up to fixtures on Club channels.
- Priority for West Ham United Women's team matches held at London Stadium
- Free admission to Premier League 2 Home fixtures – Simply show your Season Ticket at the gate to gain entry.
