In order to create or join an Official Supporters' Club, you will need to hold a West Ham Account with a client reference number. Please follow the steps below in order to join or create a Club.
How do I create a West Ham Account?
Follow the steps below to create your online account:
- Register for your account here
- Complete the form and click 'continue'
- Check your inbox for your account activation email and select the link
- Sign in to your account
If you have previously held an account with us, you'll still need to create a West Ham Account. To ensure we can link your account to the correct ticketing information, please use the email address associated with your ticketing account when creating your West Ham Account.
How can I generate a client reference number?
Once you have created and activated your West Ham Account you will be sent to your profile page where you need to follow the steps below:
- Click ‘Link my Client Reference number’ which is highlighted in a blue box
- This will take you to the ‘Link you existing Client Reference number to your new West Ham Account’ section. You will then have the opportunity to enter your previous client reference number into the text box below or scroll down to 'Create a new Client Reference number'.
- Once you have clicked this you will receive a brand-new Client Reference number, which will be linked to your account.
