What happens if my phone is out of charge?

Please ensure that your mobile phone is fully charged prior to arriving at the stadium and that you have downloaded your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. The Club will not be able to assist with charging phones on the day. 

If you do not have your ticket with you on arrival to the stadium, you will need to visit the Ticket Office. You will be asked to provide photo ID in order to assist with your enquiry.
