What provisions are in place to alleviate queues?

The Club has communicated information directly by email and SMS to all ticket holders and across our official channels to ensure supporters are readily prepared before they arrive at London Stadium. Stewards, Supporter Liaison Officers and Ticket Office representatives will be on hand to support fans with queries. We encourage fans to arrive as early as possible to alleviate queues and ensure a quicker entry into the stadium.

Ticket Office representatives are available at the turnstiles to assist with any enquiries or access issues. Should they be unable to resolve a query at the turnstile, supporters can visit the main ticket office where a member of the team will be able to investigate further and offer support.
