West Ham supporters, please note tickets will be issued as a Digital Ticket, the following information is for ticket collections and reprints:
- Pre-arranged ticket collections will be available at the South Stand Ticket Office starting 2 hours before kick-off. Photo ID will be required.
- All collections must be arranged directly through West Ham, as tickets will not be reprinted on the day.
For any ticketing assistance on match day, send a DM to @WestHamHelp with:
- Your full name
- Seat details
- Client Reference Number
