Ticketing

West Ham supporters, please note tickets will be issued as a Digital Ticket, the following information is for ticket collections and reprints:

  • Pre-arranged ticket collections will be available at the South Stand Ticket Office starting 2 hours before kick-off. Photo ID will be required.
  • All collections must be arranged directly through West Ham, as tickets will not be reprinted on the day.

 

For any ticketing assistance on match day, send a DM to @WestHamHelp with:

  • Your full name
  • Seat details
  • Client Reference Number

If you need assistance before match day, please contact the West Ham Ticket Office or the Supporter Services Team
