Accessibility At Etihad Stadium

Away car park and coaches 

Accessible car park is located via Gate 7 and is signposted in the local area as the 'Grey Car Park'. The car park is just off Ashton New Road. The postcode for this car park is M11 3DL

Coaches & minibuses for away fans can be parked also in the Grey Car Park, opposite the away fan turnstiles.

Accessibility entrances

Supporters who are allocated a ticket on level 1, will enter via the L1 turnstile. The surface is flat and wheelchair accessible. Fans can enter at the back of block 114 on to row DD and have 2 steps down each row thereafter. 

Supporters allocated in Level 2 or Level 3, will have steps up to access their seats. A lift can be used to Level 2 and 3 but would mean entering with Manchester City Supporters. If you wish to take the lift, please contact our DLO team who can arrange this with Manchester City. Supporters located in the Wheelchair Section on Legends Balcony will enter via Entrance H and go up to box level. There will be stewards on hand to help guide you. 

Toilets

Outside the stadium, toilets are located opposite C tower. 

Inside the stadium, toilets are located on the concourses and are clearly sign-posted.

Accessible toilets are in the same locations and can entered using a radar key

Changing Facility

Located in the South Stand Level 1 close to block 119 and can be opened with a RADAR key. The facility offers users more space and is equipped with a hoist, a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a height adjustable sink and a fully accessible shower. 

You are able to make arrangements in advance by contacting the Access Team via the email address access@mancity.com or by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894. You can also ask your nearest steward who can escort you round to the Changing Places Facility. Stewarding team also have access to a RADAR key should you need. 

Hearing Loop

These can be found in: 

  • City store 
  • Ticket Office & Stadium Tours desk 
  • At all service counters (Bars, Food outlets etc). 
  • All reception areas 

A portable hearing loop can be provided upon request.
