Season Ticket Relocation FAQs – 2025/26 Season

Q: Am I eligible to relocate my Season Ticket seat?
A: Supporters who renewed their Season Ticket by midnight on Monday 31 March 2025 are eligible to relocate, depending on their assigned relocation window.

Q: Is seat relocation guaranteed?
A: All relocations are subject to availability and no seats can be held or reserved. We recommend having a few alternative options prepared.

Q: How can I relocate my seat?
A: You can relocate online via your e-ticketing account for same or higher price bands. If relocating to a lower band (e.g., Band 1 to Band 5), this must be done over the phone to process any refund due.

Q: What happens if I renewed using V12 and now need to downgrade or upgrade my seat?
A: If you renewed through V12 and wish to downgrade, your V12 plan can be amended to reflect the lower price. If you wish to upgrade, the price difference must be paid in full via card payment at the time of relocation.

Q: Can I relocate with family or friends?
A: Supporters looking to relocate with friends or family will need to wait for the relocation phase that they are all eligible for. For example, if one supporter is in Group 1 New Purchase/Group 1 Additional and another is in Group 2 New Purchase/Group 2 Additional, they will need to wait until the Group 2 relocation window to move together.

Q: Can I downgrade or upgrade my Season Ticket?
A: Yes. Downgrades (to a lower price band) will be processed with a refund via phone. Upgrades require full payment of the price difference.

Q: Can I test the new seat?
A: Unfortunately, not. Relocations are final until the next relocation opportunity ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Q: What if I missed my window or want to relocate later?
A: You’ll need to wait until after the final relocation window closes in June, subject to availability.

Q: Where can I see available seats?
A: The online system will show live availability. We recommend reviewing the London Stadium seating plan before your window.

Q: Can I use Club Cash during the relocation process?
A: Yes, Club Cash can be used to cover the cost of any upgrades when relocating your Season Ticket seat.

Q: When can I relocate my Season Ticket seat?
A: Supporters have been allocated specific relocation windows based on the date they renewed their Season Ticket. Each supporter has been communicated with directly and provided a designated ‘window of opportunity’ during which they can relocate.

Q: Can I change my seat selection during relocation?
A: You can amend your seat selection while it is still in your basket. However, once you complete the seat relocation process and proceed to checkout, the transaction becomes final, and no further changes can be made.
