If your child is missing, please speak to the nearest steward, matchday Supporter Liaison Officer in a white tabard, or Disabled Supporter Assistant in a pink tabard straight away. They will be best placed to support you. Please share your child’s name, age, what they are wearing, where you last saw them, and your seat or block number.
The Club also provides a dedicated SMS reporting service to report a lost child. To send a text message, use 07701 401966. This is a text-only service. If you are texting from within the UK, simply use the number as shown. You do not need to include the UK country code (+44) or any additional prefix.
If you are a child and cannot find an adult, please stay exactly where you are (freeze) and look immediately for a uniformed steward (usually wearing a bright vest) or a police officer.
To help minimise risk, our Supporter Liaison Officer team hand out Junior Hammer Wristbands to families attending matches at London Stadium. The wristbands include space on the reverse for key information such as your client reference number, seat details and an emergency contact number. This helps us reunite you with your child quickly if they become lost at any time.
If you wish to report a safeguarding concern after a match, please email safeguarding@westhamunited.co.uk or visit Club’s Safeguarding page for more information here.
