How can I update my details to ensure Club emails are being sent to the right place?

To ensure you have the smoothest experience and that our communications reach you at the right time we would encourage you to always ensure your details are up to date. 

To update your details, please log into your West Ham Account. Here, you can update your email address and email preferences. If you need any assistance with your West Ham Account, please find our FAQs here.  

If you’re not receiving emails from us, contact who will be happy to investigate and resolve this for you. For any further queries or support regarding Season Tickets, contact the Ticket Office on 0333 030 1966.
