At West Ham United, concessionary pricing is available for U18’s, U21’s and Over 66. There is also a dedicated accessible pricing structure, inclusive of a complimentary PA ticket, where appropriate. Concession pricing is available for both existing and new season ticket holders.
There are some areas where concessionary price bands do not apply (1966 West, 1966 for instance). In these bands, all tickets can be purchased at a standard adult rate.
For the 2024-25 pricing strategy, Bands 1, Bands 2, Bands 3, Bands 4 will be sold to new season ticket holders at standard adult prices. Whilst anyone of any age can secure a season ticket in these bands, concession pricing is only available in these price bands for existing season ticket holders. Accessible pricing for new season ticket holders in Bands 1, Bands 2, Bands 3 and Bands 4 also reflects the standard adult prices.
For existing season ticket holders and accessible season ticket holders, their current concession pricing is still eligible in Bands 1, Bands 2, Bands 3 and Bands 4 during the current renewal period. If a season ticket holder does not renew within the renewal window, and then decides to purchase a season ticket at a later date, their prior concessionary pricing would not apply for Band 1, Band 2, Band 3 and Band 4.
The club will continue to review concessionary pricing throughout the 2024-25 season.

For supporters who make use of our accessible pricing structure, West Ham United has ambulant seating across the entire stadium, including in Bands 5 and 6, alongside our non-ambulant seating. Since moving to London Stadium in 2016, we have created a range of facilities and services to assist supporters with disabilities. Our stadium is a fully accessible venue, with lifts and all public areas designed specifically to accommodate the needs of supporters with access requirements.
