The Club appreciate that supporters will want to attend matches with friends or family to be able to share the experience in supporting West Ham United.
Supporters can purchase up to four tickets per place on the Season Ticket Priority List acknowledging that some supporters will have also joined the original list as a family group. The Club is mindful that some supporters' circumstances may have changed since they originally joined the list, and they may require additional tickets, however four tickets is the maximum that can be offered at this stage. This is being communicated openly to any supporters who wish to join the Season Ticket Priority List so that the process is transparent.
Supporters can however request additional tickets during their window and the Ticket Office will contact supporters at the end of the process should it be possible to fulfil the requests at a later date only after those currently on the list have been offered their opportunity in order.
The Club will continue to monitor this process to ensure the system is fair, however, we do not see this having any impact on waiting time.
