West Ham United supporters travelling to Vicarage Road on Saturday 29 August, tickets for this fixture will be issued as PDF digital tickets and distributed by email by the West Ham United Ticket Office ahead of the match.
Please ensure you have downloaded your ticket to your mobile device before arriving at the stadium and have it ready to scan on entry.
If tickets are left for collection or you need a duplicate ticket, these can be collected from the Away Pod, which is located on Yellow Brick Road adjacent to the shop.
For ticketing assistance on match day, send a DM to @WestHamHelp with:
- Your full name
- Seat details
- Client Reference Number
- To collect a duplicate ticket, the ticket must have been purchased by yourself through the Official West Ham Ticketing site.
- Tickets are non-transferable, so we are unable to assist anyone who has passed their ticket on to benefit any other person.
West Ham supporters are reminded that you will need to bring Photo ID to collect duplicate tickets and these will only be released to the original purchaser by the hosting club.
