Duplicate Tickets

West Ham United supporters travelling to St James' Park tickets will be issued in NFC digital format for this fixture and will be distributed by email by the West Ham United Ticket Office in the week of the fixture. Please ensure you have your ticket downloaded before you arrive at the stadium.

If tickets are left for collection or you need a duplicate ticket, these can be collected from the Away Ticket Office, which is located beside turnstiles 91 and 92. This will open approximately one and a half hours prior to kick-off.

For ticketing assistance on match day, send a DM to @WestHamHelp with:

  • Your full name
  • Seat details
  • Client Reference Number
  • To collect a duplicate ticket, the ticket must have been purchased by yourself through the Official West Ham Ticketing site.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, so we are unable to assist anyone who has passed their ticket on to benefit any other person.

West Ham supporters are reminded that you will need to bring Photo ID to collect duplicate tickets and these will only be released to the original purchaser by the hosting club.
